All of us here at the Ashworth Awards Baystate Marathon and Half Marathon want to thank you the runners for making this another very successful year.

We hope we have been able to provide you with an affordable and enjoyable running experience – that met your expectations and goals.

Being an all volunteer organization that puts on this event – we hope you will indulge while we take a brief rest – so if we respond a little more slowly over the next few days – we’re sure you will understand.

Someone in the 3:15 group mentioned it to me at the finish as well. Great race though! ... See MoreSee Less

Here’s how it works in 3 easy steps:

  2. Enter your email address: (You will NOT need to register an account on VolunteerSpot)
  3. Sign up! Choose your spots – VolunteerSpot will send you an automated confirmation and reminders. Easy!

Note: VolunteerSpot does not share your email address with anyone. If you prefer not to use your email address, please contact volunteer_coord@baystatemarathon.com and Jen can sign you up manually.

Additionally – We are always looking for creative, self-activated people to help with the race committee.  All positions are “volunteer based” – none of us are paid.  We meet once a month until August, then every two weeks and starting in September – every week.  If you can take a job – make it your own – and run with it – we ‘d be interested in having you help.  Just email Glenn at race_dir@baystatemarathon.com
